Tiberius Fox is a young man of very little scruples. After inheriting his aunt's fortune teller parlor on the boardwalk, Fox moves in with hopes of converting the place to an arcade. Unfortunately, like just about anything Fox tries to do, he gives up on the venture, leaving the storefront in flux. Desperate for cash, Fox reopens his aunt's fortune teller parlor, with himself as the fortune teller. With no actual training, except for watching his aunt do a couple readings and watching a couple late-night psychic talk shows, Fox develops his own method of fortune telling. Admittedly, a very sleazy method at that. When pressed, Fox himself, would admit he has no belief in his psychic abilities, however, that appears to be of no matter, as long as his clients, who all seem to fall in the category of desperate women, believe in him.
